Are there any allergens?

Wheat and Soy.

Unfortunately it is not gluten free. We hope to make a GF one in the future!

What is the shelf life of KHOBO Jerky?

Because we do not use any artificial preservatives like sodium nitrate/nitrites, KHOBO Jerky is best enjoyed within 6 months of the manufactured date.

How should I store the jerky bags?

Please store our jerky in a cool, dark place and avoid direct sunlight. Once opened, please consume within 3 days as jerky changes in texture and quality once exposed to air.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final.

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our jerky, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on our jerky — even if unopened.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@khobojerky.com and we’ll make it right.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always calculated based on weight of the order and distance. You will see the cost before placing the order.

Can I make changes to my order?

Where is KHOBO Jerky manufactured?

We proudly handcraft our jerky in Seattle in a commercial kitchen and locally source our premium beef from USDA approved ranch, Windy N Ranch in Ellensburg, Washington
